SuperFrio builds a new distribution center in the city of Ribeirão Preto for Delly's

SuperFrio invested more than R$ 10 million to make a distribution center with 3 temperatures possible

A Delly's Food Service, Brazil's largest distributor of food for independent restaurants (broadline food service distributor), and SuperFrio, a company controlled by Pátria Investimentos and the largest refrigerated logistics company in South America according to the IARW, signed a long-term agreement in early 2020 , for the construction of a modern distribution center with 3 temperatures in Ribeirão Preto.

Delly's operations began in the 3rd quarter of 2020. Investments in infrastructure, cold rooms, storage structures and technology exceeded R$ 10 million.

“We are very satisfied with the state-of-the-art infrastructure offered by SuperFrio. We have considerably increased our sales in the interior of São Paulo since the inauguration of the new CD. SuperFrio is our strategic partner in refrigerated logistics, and we intend to leverage our growth with the expertise and extensive distribution network that SuperFrio has throughout the country”, says Marcelo Abud, CEO of Dellys.

SuperFrio has been growing aggressively in serving customers in the retail, distributor and food industry markets. “Our units located in the regions of Greater São Paulo, Greater Curitiba, Greater Salvador, Ribeirão Preto, Campo Grande and Londrina are strategically located to support robust distribution operations, which are intensive in picking and which demand value-added services such as last mile transport and co-ordination. -packer", says Tiago Cardoso de Oliveira, commercial head of SuperFrio's retail and food service division. By the end of the year, the company will also announce investments in six more distribution centers located in important capitals in the country, in line with the defined strategic plan. “The project developed with Delly's in Ribeirão Preto is an example of our ability to develop customized solutions for our customers, and turn them into reality in short periods of time.
